Beats, thrown down by the ever fun coaches at the Hotbox. A fun full body workout. LED lights are on and the music Leads this workout. This class is a Full body workout focused on muscular Strength
TRIFECTA-Weights, Abs, SPIN
A workout of Strength, Spinning and Abs. You will work 15 min of each to complete a full body Cardiovascular, Strength and Abdominal workout.
Vibe and Flow Vinyasa Yoga
A classic Flow Class. It is a fun, energetic yoga class. Please bring your laughter and prepare to not only smile but leave feeling amazing, lighter and happy.
Squamish Fit
Welcome to your perfect Squamish workout. 15 min cardio for our biking community, 15 min legs for our skiing, running and hiking community & 15 min Core for our Paddleboard and Climbing community.
Core & Conditioning
Abs, Core, Crunches Strength and Cardio. This class is a combination of all the areas of your abdomen. It is a wonderful central strengthening Class.
One Hot Ride
This is a smaller class with 1/2 Spinning in the Dark, lights and half fitness training, This is an amazing class with a HUGE calorie burn.
Barre Fitness
Barre is the perfect form of physical exercise. It is distinguished from other group fitness activities by its use of the ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet. It is an amazing low impact workout.
Candlelit Yin
This is a great class combining a series of passive floor poses held for a longer duration than a classic flow class.
These poses mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The perfect classes for anyone after a hard ski or bike ride.
Circuit-Storm
A strong full body class mixed with some movement principles. This is a classic circuit of battleropes, plyo boxes, spin, free weights. Anything and Everything is fair game. All levels welcome.
Oh S-(HIIT)
This class is for those who have full body training in mind. You came for a wicked workout, your going to get it. A Classic H.I.I.T. workout.
Killer Kettlebells
Hellz ya. Boyz and Girls will love this KB throwdown, and everyone is encouraged to come. You will work with Kettlebells and weights as well as floor Core Strengthening exercises.
Straight off the Couch
Get your body moving with some classic tunes. This is an intermediate level class, for those looking to start out but a tad nervous to jump in. This class is perfect for all levels.
W.T.F
Weight Training Fundamentals. It is a class full of strength Training. We will be using Bars and Weights and a circuit format. Bring a mat and we will do the rest.
Lower Body Burn
Book this class into your speed dial, its the one to be calling. You want to lift your Bum, Ass, cheeks and little peaches? Then its very simple, show up and the coaches will design it.
Unwind Yoga- a Slow Flow Yin
This is a beautiful flow class taught with the development towards inversions and hand balances.
Tight & Toned
What can we say, this is a BLAST. You will never attend a class with 1 hour of laughing and pump like this one. It is taught at an hot heat and fantastic for anyone looking to sweat and a full body workout.
Fasten Your Tightie Whities
Get your attitude right for this workout class. This is more of a circuit style training format. A little more intense and less on the spot dance. We might spin or we may lift weights in a more classical sense of the word. Whatever we throw at you, just fasten your tighties and get ready.
Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Its a beautiful class and fabulous for those wanting low impact and big strength for the CORE.
26 + 2
This class consist of 26 postures, namely a fixed sequence of 24 asanas and two breathing exercise. The room will be heated to 35+ degrees and a standardized dialogue is utilized to run the class, but Gabe adds his own flair. See you on the Mat.
Tight and Toned-REBOOT
It’s time to Reboot that body and use all modalities of training. Nothing works better than some heavy tunes, laughter and of course weights, bands, balls and bars. This is a wonderful class for people looking for a less intense workoiut.
